Qualification
- Additional Director General of Police, KSRP & IRB: As Per Norms
- Inspector General of Police, KSRP & IRB: As Per Norms
- Deputy Inspector General of Police: Should have rendered not less than five years service in the Commandant Cadre: Provided that, if an officer having rendered not less than five years service is not available, an officer having rendered not less than three years service may be considered for promotion.
- Commandant / Principal, K.S.R.P, : The Deputy Commandant should have rendered not less than 3 years of service in the cadre. Provided that, if an officer having rendered 3 years of service is not available, an officer having rendered not less than 1 year of service may be considered for promotion
- Deputy Commandant, K.S.R.P: The Assistant Commandant should have rendered not less than 5 years of service in the cadre. Provided that, if an officer having rendered 5 years of service is not available, an officer having rendered not less than 3 year of service may be considered for promotion.
