Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Required
- Minimum education: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board
- Height and weight proportionality, good eyesight (without glasses), and overall physical fitness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)

Training & Development
Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training at the Frankfinn Institute. This includes:
- Safety & emergency procedure training to prepare for in-flight contingencies
- Customer service excellence to enhance passenger interactions and satisfaction
- Skills development in inflight service, cabin management, and passenger comfort
- Training in cultural sensitivity and passenger psychology for adapting to diverse demographics
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹40,000, with performance-based incentives and bonuses
